I had an amazing stay at the hotel with a breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji and exceptional service. The location was perfect for exploring Lake Kawaguchi, although the dining experience had its ups and downs. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a great time at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic location providing clear views of Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko Lake. Although the dining experience had some communication challenges, everything else was very enjoyable. The value for money was excellent, especially with a kind gesture on the first night when the full room rate was not charged due to a flight issue.

I loved the padding on the tatami beds and the great view of Mt Fuji from my room. Even though the room wasn't very big, it was clean and cozy.
